Goldman Sachs’ initiative “10,000 Women” helps thousands of women-identified small business owners in developing countries secure the skills, networks, and financing to grow their businesses. We tapped into the timeless truth that when women-run businesses succeed entire communities thrive. As importantly, we helped Goldman Sachs acknowledge that the time has come for the CEOs in the gold frames to reflect the full diversity of today’s business leaders, those changing their world in big and small ways each and every day. To practice what we preach, the whole campaign was shot with a director, DP, and entire crew who all identified as women.
